“All confirm the view that education does not mean knowledge of letters but it means character building, it means knowledge of duty”

According to Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act 2009, all children between the ages of 6 and 14 shall have the right to free and compulsory elementary education at a neighborhood school. Unfortunately the system of education has no connection with our surroundings thus the benefits of RTE is received by a microscopic minority of the boys and girls of the nation while it  remains practically untouched by  the majority of population - be at rural or urban areas.
